Shipping Policy
We fulfill orders through our third-party production and fulfillment partner. Most made-to-order purchases require 5–9 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. Orders fulfilled from pre-produced warehouse inventory may ship sooner.
Shipping Rates
Customer order shipping is charged at a flat rate based on destination. All rates are in USD.

Estimated Transit Times
After processing, standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days in North America, 5–14 business days for other international destinations, and 7–22 business days for Australia and New Zealand. Expedited transit is typically 2–3 business days in North America and 4–12 business days internationally.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, peak-season volume, carrier delays, and remote destinations can extend delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking number after the label is created.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at info@thelipsforme.com. Once production, printing, or shipment preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
